This project is open to all individuals over the age of 18 who have been affected by breast cancer. Whether you're in the early stages of diagnosis, currently undergoing treatment, or cancer-free, your story is welcome here. Participation is completely free of charge, and we’re excited to have you join us.
Photographs will be taken in my private studio in Milwaukee, WI, where each session will be a collaboration between your personal style and my artistic vision. The photography style will feature fine art portraits, capturing the subjects as my interpretation of modern-day goddesses. Sessions will last approximately 30-45 minutes and will be shot with your personal journey in mind.
All participants will enjoy complimentary hair and makeup services provided by talented local artists. While I encourage everyone to embrace their natural selves, our makeup artist also offers a small, curated selection of wigs and hair extensions for those who wish to use them. Please consider tipping them for their time and dedication, as they are generously volunteering to support this cause.
You will receive a fine art-quality photograph (or photographs) delivered digitally as a gift for your participation. If you’d like additional images, they will be available for purchase.
To participate, you must agree to a model release for all images and consent to artistic nudity or semi-nudity in your photographs. This project will culminate in a fine art gallery exhibition in 2025, complete with an opening reception.
After submitting your initial survey, you’ll receive a more detailed questionnaire about your personal breast cancer experience. Your responses will be displayed alongside your photographs, giving your story a voice in the exhibition.
While donations towards fine art printing and accommodations are appreciated, they are not required. This is a passion project that I’m personally funding, and your participation means the world to me. Thank you for being a part of this journey.

I have focused on boudoir photography for over five years, always aiming to celebrate the beauty and individuality of those in front of my lens. Through this work, I’ve met countless women from all walks of life, and over time, I’ve realized that my role as a photographer extends beyond capturing images. Recently, my attention has shifted as I’ve learned about my clients' personal journeys through breast cancer.
The stories I've encountered are profoundly moving—each one unique, impactful, and often heart-wrenching. These experiences have highlighted the urgent need for greater awareness and education around breast cancer, something I believe society has largely neglected.
Boudoir photography, I’ve come to understand, serves a much larger purpose than I initially expected. It’s about documenting and preserving the essence of individuals as they are in the present moment, telling their stories, acknowledging their struggles, and celebrating their strength. Through this lens, I hope to offer a moment of reflection and empowerment, allowing people to embrace and appreciate their changing bodies.
I am committed to using my platform and artistic perspective to share these personal narratives, connecting those who need support and fostering a sense of beauty and dignity during what can be a tumultuous time. This project challenges me to grow as an artist while amplifying the voices of those affected by breast cancer. My goal is to empower individuals, raise awareness, and spark transformative conversations within our community—because every person deserves to feel dignity in their own body.
